dazzling incarnation

The skull is a symbol of Darkness, and the cross represents the meaning of Light. The four engraved daggers used to pierce the skull to express no fear. We will all rise and fall in the world of light and darkness, hoping to become the dazzling incarnation of the dark world.

I don't prescribe to any particular religion, belief systems or way of being.

I choose to keep an open mind, listen to others perspectives in order to fill in the blanks and connect some dots, as there is so much that we do not understand.

I was once told "you will have to let go of everything you believe, everything that you understand... in order to get there."

at the time I had no idea where "there" was or what was entailed to "let go".

I do now.

the amount of work I've done to undo some of the conditioning is massive. What I've experienced along the way inspires me to keep going, to keep digging, to go deep in order to find out who I truly am.

3 weeks ago today I was given an experience that I will never forget.

I describe it as being cradled by God... or the Devine.

the feeling of safety
security
love
acceptance
belonging

it was beyond anything I could have imagined!

afterwards I was guided
to find this particular cross
and when I saw it I felt a resonance within.

so it made its journey from halfway around the world to me.

its arrival on the last day of 2021 is no coincidence.

as it will be a physical reminder as I enter this New Year of what is possible...

when we face the darkest parts of ourselves.

without fear
without judgement
without shame.

and set the pain we have carried all our lives
free
in order to create space.

for a new experience.

like being cradled by the Devine.
