everything in our childhood was a lie

I was told once that I would need to let go of everything I held true, let go of what I believed, and then I could experience something new.

Sounded simple enough. But I had no idea how hard this was actually going to be.

We are born as pure love and potential, born free! Then conditioned to believe "in something" in order to "be someone". That's when we build our own jail and lock ourselves inside.

What I understand now is that I have to deconstruct myself, free myself from all that conditioning in order to truly see who I am and what I can be.
